All'interno delle commissioni tecniche, la commissione per l'aviazione occupa una posizione speciale come NANDT Board Switzerland. L'Ufficio federale dell'aviazione civile (UFAC) riconosce l'ASPND come National Aerospace NDT Board ai sensi del regolamento UE 1321/2014 (EASA Part 145).
