Le conseil d\u2019administration dirige l\u2019association selon les crit\u00e8res d\u00e9finis dans le code civil Art. 60 ff et ses statuts
Le conseil est \u00e9lu par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e des membres de l\u2019association \u00e0 chaque fois pour une dur\u00e9e de deux ans. Il se constitue lui-m\u00eame, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du pr\u00e9sident, et d\u00e9finit parmi les membres du conseil le responsable charg\u00e9 de la certification, qui est en m\u00eame temps le responsable du secr\u00e9tariat, le responsable du comit\u00e9 des commissions techniques et sectorielles, un repr\u00e9sentant dans la commission de formation et d\u2019autres fonctions selon les besoins. Il r\u00e8gle les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations de signature pour l\u2019association.
Le conseil porte l\u2019enti\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9 pour toutes les activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la certification.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
